Hi, it's Courtney.

I was honoured to do a presentation about Lenny.fm to AIR Members the other week, sharing the story of Lenny.fm and answering questions about how it worked.

This was thanks to Mia Lobel, a name I'd heard for many years listening to podcasts from Panoply, Slate, Pushkin and others from about 2012 onward.

Mia is a true Podcast Veteran, and Author of the Freelance Cafe Substack, a creative leader, Executive Producer, educator and AIR board member.

She very generously shared her thoughts about what we're trying to do with Lenny.fm:

"At this tenuous time in our industry, the direct connection between creators and their listeners is more important than ever. Lenny makes that easy and fun - a bright spot in the march to sustainability!" - Mia Lobel
